Chris has over 25 years of manufacturing and environmental experience. Chris spent 23 years with Honda of American and was the Corporate Environmental and Facilities Manager for Honda's 4 manufacturing plants in Ohio. Chris started Total Compliance in 2005, which now serves customers across the country.
Desikan has a diverse experience in the area of clean energy catalysis R&D. He is working on developing cost-effective emission control technology for various HAPs, researching pathways to harness clean energy from solid waste, and also developing sustainable technologies to mitigate GHG and VOC emissions. Desikan obtained his PhD in 2009, and is an inventor of two US patent pending technologies.
Heith Good has over 19 years of experience as a Firefighter/Paramedic/HAZWOPER Technician. He is State of Ohio Instructor, Certified Rescue Technician, and National Registry paramedic. Member of Central Ohio Urban Search and Rescue Strike Team. Peer Support Leader in Ohio where he has worked with departments across Ohio related to Critical Stress Management.
David V. Zappa, P.E. has more than 16 years of sales, marketing, engineering, and project management experience in the field of civil and environmental engineering consulting. He has managed projects including due diligence, storm water permitting and design, wastewater permitting, air permitting, and environmental compliance projects. Mr. Zappa also has experience in performing environmental audits (water, waste, EPCRA) at facilities throughout Ohio and the United States. He has managed, designed, constructed, permitted and operated remediation projects and systems for industrial, commercial, and petroleum clients throughout the Midwest. In addition, he has experience with engineering design, permitting, and construction oversight activities for landfills (sanitary and C&DD).
Marcia has over 30 years of experience in automobile and motorcycle manufacturing and safety. Partnered with corporate leadership and management teams and participated in strategic business planning. Broad technical knowledge in the areas of regulatory compliance, behavior based safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics and “return to work,” Programs, OSHA compliance and auditing. Extensive experience with OHSAS 18001 management system development and safety training.
Dave has 12 years of manufacturing environmental and safety experience. 9 years of automotive experience in environmental compliance, ISO 14001 and auditing. Experience includes Air permitting, Hazardous Waste management, DOT Hazardous Materials, Wastewater & storm water management, Energy management, Hazardous Materials Emergency Response, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, Environmental Auditing and Underground Storage Tanks.
Paul has over 24 years of manufacturing environmental, health and safety experience. Paul spent 21 years at Honda with 18 years in the Corporate Environmental Department, and managed environmental compliance at their largest engine plant. Paul’s experience includes Air permitting, Hazardous Waste management, DOT Hazardous Materials, Wastewater & storm water management, Hazardous Materials Emergency Response, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, Environmental Auditing and Underground Storage Tanks.
